All of my personal folders in the P drive has been organized. I just learned how to delete an item in the S drive. As for as the Z drive goes I don't have any thing in it. All of the necessary items at this time are on my desinated drives and they are being used at this moment.
So From what I have discovered I am more organized than I thought.

#29 Spring Cleaning E-mail
I have gone through my e-mail both inbox and trash and now I am cleaning out my sent mail. I have gone all the way back to the beginning of my e-mail with Harris County.
I did not have an address book nor did I have a calendar set up. I have moved many of the items. The one's that I have now are in use at this present moment.

#28 Don't Clutter Spring Cleaning
I went into my e-mail and I looked at items I needed to delete and organize. The most important items I put at the top. The one's I had completed and did not need to save I deleted them.
I keeping myself organized by checking daily my e-mail in business matters. That which needs to be done immediately I do it and that which can wait I hold until a later date.
I only use an online calendar for special events I do not use it regularly. I keep a person calendar daily with me.
